quality linen helpful staff great choice dark alleyway main area steel stair
my room included quality linens. breakfast offered great choices. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.
the hotel wasn't easy to find. dark narrow alleyways surrounded the area, and i didn't feel safe at night. the hotel is situated some distance from the main area.

underwhelming canal side stay
cracked tiles low water pressure
The location was good. It's near rialto bridge.
The room was smaller than i anticipated. the bathroom felt old. I saw some tiles cracked and loose. the shower had low water pressure. It made showering difficult.

the breakfast room included a balcony. it featured two tables overlooking the canal. the included breakfast offered a mix of cooked options and continental choices.. a kind lady greeted guests warmly each morning.
the stairs are somewhat steep. there is no lift.

convenient location efficient service delicious pastries
the location near the grand canal was very convenient. the hotel had efficient table service at breakfast. i liked the room (a classic double room) and it suited the hotel. the pastries during breakfast were better than good.

bland breakfast little variety
The hotel location near the vaporetto station met my expectations. It was close to many tourist attractions.
I found the breakfast fairly bland. There was little variety, and overall, it was not tasty at all. I only ate breakfast once .
